Great place, menu spans a large variety.... ribs, Mexican, prime rib, fish & chips, great Buffalo wings, maybe the best in town - most consistent for sure! Service is fantastic, its close by for us and we eat here weekly. I would also put their tavern burger as the best in town.

Service was very friendly. Packed on a Saturday night at 6, and told a 15 minute wait. Ordered a beer at the newly renovated bar (much larger than the old one) and the buzzer went off before our beers arrived. Had two burgers (bacon and Swiss and a cajun) and a Jordan's Dunk. Both were not very flavorful (I added salt and pepper to my burger which I never do). Food wasn't bad, just wasn't anything to make me come back for more.

If you want to sum up South Dakota meal in one sit down all you have to do is stop in the Cherry Creek and order yourself a country fried chicken. Start with some battered and fried chicken served on a bed of mashed potatoes and white gravy everything is seasoned to perfection and kept simple. Its every bit of comfort food that you've been craving, and a mountain of it if you couple that with one of their gigantic beers I guarantee you will leave this restaurant not only full but satisfied... And your pocketbook won't regret it either....

I had a very nice experience here. The Reuben was delicious. They clearly had their own signature thousand island recipe. It shows me they put a lot of care and thought into their dishes.

Thursday night- a table of 16 and three other two tops. Two servers were struggling to keep up so we weren't seated for a few minutes. Our server never noticed when drinks got low and we had to ask for refills. She was also clearly either overwhelmed with the 16 top or favoring them because she didn't pay much attention to us. Food came fast. Too fast. "Cook said he hadn't checked the prime rib in over an hour" and it was medium, and grisly:-( I like a good chunk of fat hanging on there and that was perfect but then sinew:-( I would not order the Thursday night prime rib again. Hubby said the burger was really great, better than expected. The menu reflects management trying to do too much and the bland and too fast food reflects a cook who's bored of heating things up in the microwave. It was good, but in Sioux Falls, cherry creek grill needs to step up their game to stay afloat. I was rooting for them after the fire last year but it certainly was not a rebirth for them, although the atmosphere is lovely.

Good burgers, but could be much better if they had seasoning. Waffle fries are good, if they come out hot. Their kids spaghetti is good, and would recommend it if you want a smaller portion. Also the drummy basket is good. The service seems slower though since the remodel. 10/19--over a half hour since we ordered and still no food.

Menu has a large selection which is great but the food was extremely average. That's all I can say, extremely average. Atmosphere is great, beautiful restaurant and great fast service.

Food was 'OK'. Quesadilla was filled with mystery sauce. Tasted weird. Partner had chucked fried steak & potatoes. He said it was good. Screaming kids and slow service definitely means we will think twice about coming back.

We live on the east side, but would drive by Cherry Creek to go to TC's on the west side. (Same owner.) Every year or so we would give Cherry Creek another try, but things just never got better. Following the remodel last summer they brought over management from TC's. This has proven to be a very good decision. The remodel really brought the interior up to date. (And if you were here before, you know how much this place needed a facelift.) The beer selection is very good, plus they have a full bar. The food is excellent. We have eaten here 4 times and have tried all parts of the menu. The service is good and getting better. Like all restaurants in town, they are fighting for the best servers. I would encourage you to give Cherry Creek a try again.

The burgers are some of the best in town, and if you like wings, you'll be in heaven. The gold wings are delicious, and an off the menu combination called "Sperls" is a blend of two sauces that is also a regular's favorite.

Where to begin . . . My family and I decided to check out the remodel and grab a bite to eat during the vikings game. It took 45 minutes to get our dishes; by the time my BBQ shrimp skewer arrived I was hungry. Not only were the shrimp the size of my pinky (the size of shrimp you would use for stir fry, 41/50) but they were somehow overcooked and cold at the same time. The seasoning was charred on and tasteless, the shrimp was tough and chewy, and the barbeque sauce was absent. My side of vegetables were not seasoned and straight from a microwave bag. My girlfriend's cajun black and bleu burger was flavorless. It tasted like someone took my mother's meatloaf and placed it between two pieces of soggy marble rye bread. All you could taste was the bread and bland burger. I was surprised that my girlfriend was not asked what temperature she wanted her burger done to, it came out medium-rare. If you go here do not stray from anything not fried. My brother ordered chicken strips and had no complaint. I have been here a handful of times (mostly for the beer specials) and the service is usually lacking. When I said my shrimp was cold they brought in back for one minute to reheat the dish (disappointing). I then asked if I could substitute for some chicken wings and the server obliged. After an hour and a half total I finally got some wings that are on par with buffalo wild wings. Not once did a manager stop by the table even after all the complaints. On a side note the server did do the best with what she had to work with and really tried to make sure we were satisfied. She did comp the uneaten shrimp and chicken wings. Thanks Sharon!

The pork shanks are good. Prime rib sandwich was not even a little bit enjoyable. Free beer with check in made up for it though.

This place is great! Good food, great drinks (long island teas!) and for the most part good service. As with all service restaurants you have a few bad eggs so i take that into account. But overall, i visit this place often and stay awhile. Looking for a laid back place to have some good food, a cold beer and watch the game? Ill see ya there!

My wife and I really enjoyed our date night here. It's not overly busy, the service was excellent, and our fish and chips were amazing! It may not be a very "happening" place, but we will definitely be going back next time we get the itch for some real battered cod fillets.

Nasty... this place serves up glorified bar food (and not in the good way)... We have eaten here twice to give them a chance before a poor review but they're now 0 for 2 so he comes the review... We've had things from burgers to salads and other pasta dishes, all crap. The burger made me sick (literally had to run for the restroom when I got back to the office) and I'm still dealing with the after effects of the monster gut ache it provided. Her salad today was the most pathetic thing... first the lettuce was obviously from a cheap bag premix. On top of that it was OLD, starting to brown in spots, COMPLETELY wilted. I even grabbed a handful (it wasn't like we were eating it) to feel the texture and I cannot imagine how many days old it was, it was like holding wet toilet paper... gross....) Then I asked for rings instead of fries and I'd be happy to pay the upcharge (they say 10 piece for half order and 20 in full order on menu). I get my plate, well it's a half of a half when you upgrade, not a half as she said... but that's ok because they were overdone and most were soggy from sitting in the burger 'goo'. Spare yourself the gut ache and hit Saigon Cafe across the street, go anywhere ....just don't go here.... ick Our server was nice btw...

This place is amazing! I've never had a bad meal and the service is top-notch. They have amazing specials and their hot prime beef sandwich is one of the best in town! The service is always fast and friendly, and the bar is one of the best in town! They have great Margaritas and Long Islands! Prices are a bit high for a Bar & Grill, but on the lower end for the quality of steak/pasta they have there.

The food is always good, the service is always superb. This is our favorite regular restaurant in Sioux Falls... we are here several times a week, and are almost always satisfied. Solid restaurant, good atmosphere, good pricing, and some wonderful food... burgers, nachos, chocolate cake, fries, tomato bisque soup are favorites. The steaks and ribs are also very satisfying, particularly at these prices! This is the best deal we've found, and the staff treats patrons like family...
